Western Australian Design Now Exhibition: On display daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Old Gaol Gallery, WA Museum Boola Bardip, this free exhibition showcases the latest in Western Australian design across architecture, furniture, and interiors. This exhibition of our current, emerging and future design leaders is currently available to view.
Placemaking Through Innovation with Bruce Ramus: Scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025, this event, presented by FORM gallery, explores innovative approaches to placemaking that enhance community engagement and urban spaces. Featuring Melbourne based light artist Bruce Ramus and showcasing his most recent project Boorloo Bridge, a digital canvas of light and motion.

The Art of the Library Nook – Let’s Talk Design: Hosted by SDV Interiors Design Studio, on Friday 21 March at 6pm, and featuring Martin Klaasen, Managing Director of Klaasen Lighting Design, this event explores the design philosophy behind intimate library nooks, discussing how these spaces enhance functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal.
Perth Design Futures: Presented by the Network of Design Experimentation (NODE) on Saturday, March 22, 2025, this event delves into the future trajectories of design in Perth, offering insights into upcoming trends and opportunities.
Design Market: Presented by RAG: Pop-Up in collaboration with NMTAFE and The Court Hotel, this vibrant market showcases independent designers, makers, and creatives, offering a unique selection of locally crafted products and design pieces. A unique market, featuring locally crafted apparel, jewellery, and beauty products. Check it out Saturday 22 March from 10am.
